My name is Gariyo Fortunate, 49 years old. I live in Mbarara Western Uganda, Kampala City. I have five children, four girls and one boy. I separated with my husband five years ago. I pay school fees for my kids from the work I do, I dig tomatoes, onions, bananas, cabbage among others but I don’t have enough land sometimes I hire the place from my neighbours. My son is in high school, daughters are: one is in Senior.3 and others lower classes.

Life has shifted recently when our country got a Corona Virus and all public means have been closed off hence affecting my income. I have tried ways to survive during these days but still I cannot make it on my own. I really need your help during this time.

We have been advised to wear masks and gloves, however we don’t have these items and we are unable to purchase them because of lack of money. Any help finding these items is greatly appreciated.
